Many studies using creatine and beta alanine together demonstrated the additive efficacy of this combination on performance strength. Researchers found that the combination of creatine and beta alanine had significant effects on lean tissue accumulation and body fat composition.

Supplements, such as Phosphagen Elite, are currently popular amongst those involved in weight training who want to gain muscle mass and added strength, and athletes who participate in sports where endurance is especially the main concern. Even individuals who feel their training have reached a standstill and want to achieve more will see a difference. Research on the possible curative benefits of creatine and beta alanine for various neurologic and neuromuscular disorders is also underway.

These are some of the benefits of combining creatine and beta alanine. If you would like to know more about Phosphagen Elite, CLICK HERE.

Beta-alanine, also called 3-aminopropionic acid, is an isomer of the amino acid alanine that occurs free in nature. It is an important component of the vitamin pantothenic acid (vitamin B5), coenzyme A & acyl carrier protein. It is the derivative of carnosine and anserine that can be found in muscles.

As a supplement, beta-alanine is currently being credited for its ability to enhance exercise capability and muscle metabolism mainly by aiding the acid buffering capacity of muscles. As mentioned above, carnosine is derived from beta-alanine. Beta-alanine is the rate-limiting step in carnosine synthesis, meaning, the amount of carnosine in the body is dependent on how much beta-alanine is still available for utilization. Carnosine is a histidine-containing dipeptide that is found in the brain, skin, heart, kidney, liver and skeletal muscle, particularly in type 2 muscle fibers, which are involved in high-intensity workouts.

Various physiologic processes have been attributed to carnosine in skeletal muscles. These include pH buffering, acting as an antioxidant, regulating calcium ion sensitivity and excitation-contraction coupling. During exercise, when we engage in sudden bursts of activity or prolonged intense activity, muscles are forced to continue contracting without sufficient oxygen (anaerobic activity) and end products like H+ (hydrogen ion), primarily from lactic acid buildup, accumulate and cause a decrease in the pH.

The drop in pH decreases muscular performance by compromising muscular ability to contract with enough force and fosters earlier onset of fatigue. Thus, carnosine, along with other intracellular buffers like inorganic phosphate, protein-bound histidine residues, bicarbonate and creatine phosphate, are identified to delay inhibition of the enzymatic and contractile mechanism in muscle that results to enhanced performance.

Various studies have shown that using beta alanine as supplement indeed increases carnosine concentration by as much as 42% to 65% in just 4 weeks. The enhanced muscle levels of carnosine were found to effect increased muscle endurance, increased oxygen uptake ability, and longer time to fatigue.

Phosphagen Elite is a sports supplement that contains beta-alanine and promises to boost you endurance and strength. To buy EAS Phosphagen Elite, CLICK HERE.

Creatine is a product of protein metabolism found in muscle. It is synthesized primarily in the liver from three amino acids: glycine, arginine and methionine. It is stored mostly in the skeletal muscles (95%), and the rest in the brain, heart, and testes. The phosphorylated derivative of creatine is called creatine phosphate or phosphocreatine.

The energy for driving most biochemical reactions is derived from the hydrolysis or breakdown of ATP (adenosine triphosphate). To maintain adequate amounts of ATP required for bursts of activity, phosphate is stored as creatine phosphate. The formation of creatine phosphate, which is catalyzed by the enzyme creatine kinase, provides a small but rapidly mobilized reserve of high-energy phosphates that can be used to maintain intracellular level of ATP during the first few minutes of intense muscular contraction. It has been known that creatine phosphate is the compound that is steadily depleted during muscular activity as it donates its phosphate group to ADP (adenosine diphosphate) to form ATP. Therefore, the phosphorylated form of creatine functions as a store of ATP in the muscle.

The amount of creatine phosphate in the body is said to be proportional to muscle mass. Creatine and creatine phosphate are then degraded to creatinine that is excreted in the urine. The amount of creatinine excreted from the body then reflects the total creatine phosphate in the body, which in turn is indicative of how much muscles are in the body. Thus, creatinine in the urine can be used to estimate muscle mass. For example, in cases where there is less muscle mass, such as in paralysis, there will be less creatine phosphate storage and consequently less creatinine in the urine.

Creatine is one of the most well-known and valuable supplements available in the market today. Creatine is normally produced by the body and is carried to the muscles by the bloodstream. Once in the muscles, creatine is transformed into creatine phosphate – a strongly powerful metabolite that is used to reinforce the muscles’ ultimate energy source, the ATP (Adenosine TriPhosphate).

Most specialized creatine products these days are comprised of creatine plus ingredients believed to increase creatine uptake by the muscles (i.e. sugars and insulin supporters). While you might realize the effect of creatine sooner by itself, the additional benefits of the added ingredients over straight creatine is minimal after several weeks.

Phosphagen Elite goes beyond enhanced creatine storage. It is an advanced creatine technology that works to support creatine use while in the muscle. Specifically, Phosphagen Elite includes FGC—a proprietary, patented fourth generation creatine technology that may increase strength and energy.

Phosphagen Elite contains Beta Alanine. Beta Alanine helps your body produce Carnosine, which buffers the hydrogen ions in the body. This prevents muscle burn that often ends work outs. Because the Beta Alanine prevents muscle burn, you will be able to work out longer and make the most of each session at the gym.

One of the potent ingredients of EAS Phosphagen Elite is Beta-Alanine. Beta alanine is becoming a fairly common ingredient in many athletic supplements. You might be asking yourself what it is and why it is included in supplements.

Some people falsely assume that beta alanine is an unnatural ingredient or an additive that has little or no effect on the effectiveness of the supplement. Nothing could be further from the truth.

Beta alanine is the only naturally occurring beta amino acid in the human body. It’s most important job in the human body is to enter the muscle cell so that carnosine synthesis can occur. Carnosine is found in the fast twitch muscles and important because it buffers hydrogen ions.

Buffered hydrogen ions prevent the pH levels in your muscles from dropping and becoming acidic. Once this happens, you will experience a burning sensation in your muscles. This causes discomfort and fatigue, and it will put an abrupt end to any work out. If you take a beta alanine supplement and increase the amount of carnosine in your muscles, the pH levels will not drop. This means that you will be able to work out longer and squeeze in more reps at the end of a set. As a result, you will build muscle mass and burn fat faster.

Some people do take carnosine supplements, but these are an incredible waster of money. Carnosine breaks down during the digestion process, unlike beta alanine. The carnosine that does survive, however, is not as effective as the carnosine produced by your body as a direct result of taking a beta alanine supplement. In other words, you are much better off taking a straight beta alanine supplement. Leave the carnosine supplements for suckers.

Studies have been conducted to determine if the combination of creatine and beta alanine is effective. The results of these studies are astonishing. The combination of creatine and beta alanine significantly increases an athlete’s training volume, causing them to become much stronger in a shorter period of time. Their strength is also increased as many athletes are now able to lift heavy weights for longer reps, also increasing their strength and the quality of their work out. Beta alanine and creatine also burn fat and help build lean muscle mass quickly.

Beta alanine supplements are effective if you are interested in longer and more productive work outs. However, if you want to increase these abilities, you will want to find a supplement like Phosphagen Elite that combines creatine and beta alanine.

EAS Phosphagen Elite, a fourth generation Creatine, was designed to intensify workout capacity, increase muscular power output, boost endurance and maintain strength in muscles so you can squeeze more reps at the end of each set.

Phosphagen Elite comes in two flavors: fruit punch and orange. All you have to do is drink your way to a better workout. Before you begin your workout, mix one scoop of the powdered drink with 8 ounces of cold water or milk. Many people who have used Phosphagen Elite say that it tastes good, with no unpleasant aftertaste or gritty texture. It is recommended that you use Phosphagen Elite twice a day in order to obtain maximum results.

However, some people may experience some mild flushing sensation when starting on a Phosphagen Elite regimen. If this occurs, it is recommended that you only use half of the recommended amount, 1/2 scoop, of Phosphagen Elite and gradually increase the dosage from 1 to 2 scoops daily. If flushing continues then go back to 1 scoop daily or discontinue use.

As a bodybuilder, you are interested in getting in as much exercise as you can every time you visit the gym. A common practice is to squeeze more reps into the end of a set, but sometimes people are unable to do this because a burning sensation stops them.

Does this happen to you? If so, a new product made and distributed by EAS can help you work out harder and longer.

Phosphagen Elite is a fourth generation Creatine supplement that can help you get the best workout possible. Creatine is a nitrogenous organic acid that occurs naturally in the human body and helps to provide energy to the cells comprising muscles. This means that the muscles, because they will be supplied with more energy, will be able to work longer. As a result, you will experience longer workouts without suffering from muscle fatigue.

Phosphagen Elite also contains FGC, a patented technology used only by EAS. FGC contains Beta-Alanine, which helps the body produce Carnosine. The burning sensation that prevents you from being able to squeeze in more reps is caused by lactic acid. Because of the ingredients found only in Phosphagen Elite, the production of lactic acid is delayed, allowing you to extend your workout.

Phosphagen Elite can be used by any type of athlete, not just bodybuilders. Both sprinters and repeat-bout athletes can benefit from Phosphagen Elite because the product will provide them with the energy they need in quick spurts in order to compete. Other athletes can benefit from using it as well. For example, tennis players are often limited by lactic acid burn. Because Phosphagen Elite contains ingredients that delay the production of lactic acid, they will be able to play harder for longer periods of time without experiencing muscle fatigue.

Phosphagen Elite is an excellent supplement to add to your regime if you are interested in extending your workout and preventing muscular burning cause by lactic acid. Once you begin using Phosphagen Elite, you will notice increased endurance, increased muscle strength, and better, longer workouts.
